Quality Assurance

Being an ISO 9001:2008 certified firm, we precisely execute the production process of Construction Fittings. Owing to the dictum to serve flawless quality products, various stringent quality checks are performed that includes testing of materials, controlling of surface coatings quality, test benches for testing assemblies, various measuring instruments and equipment for dimensions & fittings.

Our dedicated quality team conducts various checks and inspects the material at time of incoming, during line production and before despatch ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.

Depending from item to item, inspection/ tests are regularly got conducted from Government approved 3rd party labs ensuring adherence to strict quality norms. Various equipments used for achieving high standards of quality include FARO 3-D scanner, CMM machines, Universal Test machines and other measuring instruments.

Certifications

Our fittings have been certified by "FUGRO-SUHAIMI LTD." Dammam, a Saudi Aramco approved laboratory as well as "SANDBERG LABORATORY, LONDON", complying with Saudi Aramco Scaffolding Standards & BS 1139, EN74 respectively.

Our cup lock system complies with Saudi Aramco Standards, EN10219 standards.

We do all the testing in house including flattering & bending tests as well. Our cup lock verticals, ledgers, transoms are baked at 120 degree centigrade temperature as per Saudi Aramco Standards. We provide T.C's for all Scaffold Fittings, Jacks, Cup Lock System supplied by us.
