Ring Lock Diagonal Brace

The Ring lock Diagonal Brace (also known as a Bay Brace) is the component responsible for the structural "squaring" and rigidity of the scaffolding. While ledgers provide the horizontal frame, diagonal braces provide the lateral stability that prevents the scaffold from racking or collapsing due to wind or weight.
