Tension Bars (Pressed Steel)

Pressed steel tension bars are critical components in chain link fencing, designed to reinforce and stabilize the mesh fabric at terminal points. Their role is structural and functional, ensuring the fence remains taut and secure over time. This is available in multiple lengths and 2 width options of 5/8 and 3/4”.

Here's how they’re used:

• Fabric Anchoring at Terminal Posts Tension bars are woven vertically through the end of the chain link mesh and then secured to end, corner, or gate posts using tension bands. This creates a strong anchor point that holds the mesh firmly in place.

• Gate Frame Reinforcement Used in gate frames to attach the mesh securely, ensuring the gate fabric stays tight and aligned with the rest of the fence.
